How to trigger an abandon cart whatsapp template message only between office hours, say 10 am to 5 pm?

Hi, I am using woocommerce, I have added a delay already in sending whatsapp abandon cart template but I only want to trigger during office hours, from 10 am to 5 pm. How can I achieve it?
