How to trigger based on an ActiveCampaign tag added

I'm trying to trigger a workflow based on someone getting a tag added in ActiveCampaign. I'm stuck here:
I don't understand what I need to put for the webhook and why are my list of tags now showing up?
This is really confusing compared to how Zapier works.

On checking upon your workflow, we can see that you have added the webhook name already now-
Kindly click on "Re-Capture Webhook Response" as shown below and then do a test submission by adding a new contact tag inside your Active Campaign account, it will get captured and then you can further map it in the steps-
