How to upload data as file (using pCloud)

Hello, so I would like to upload data for an HTML file to pCloud. The problem is when I choose the pCloud upload file to folder, I have to pass it a URL. However, I only have the raw data for the file (raw HTML/CSS code). So how can I do that? And yes, I could upload to FTP instead, but your easy FTP integration does not support deleting the file again. And I need to delete the file again also I really need it on pCloud either way. So how can I convert HTML/CSS data to a file in pCloud?

Well, just making it available for pCloud would make it specific to pCloud and less flexible. It could be way better to have a feature, a general step that simply transforms data into a file (where you can provide a file name and content - those would be the only fields). And the output would be. file url. You would be able to pass that fileurl to all other actions that receive file URL inputs like Google, pCloud, whatever.

How much would that require on your end?

Hello,

Thank you for the clarification. We understand you’re suggesting a universal step in Pabbly Connect that takes raw data (e.g., HTML/CSS) plus a file name, creates a file, and returns a file URL usable in any integration like pCloud, Google Drive, etc.

Currently, Pabbly Connect only accepts file URLs because most storage integrations require a direct link to an existing file, not raw text. To support raw data, we’d need to add functionality to generate, store, and host the file internally.

We recommend submitting this idea on our feature request platform so our product team can review and assess it:
