How to use pabbly connect for event reminders using using infusion/keap to wati and setting a rate limit using pabbly hook

I'm trying to get my head around setting up a reminder sequence in Pabbly. I have set up a sequence using a webhook that takes the contact information from infusion/keap and then sets delay timers between each message set up in wati.

My issue is that wati trying to send hundreds of messages simultaneously because the delays trigger the sending of each message simultaneously.

So what I need is a way of setting a rate limit that is below 60 send/10 seconds to the delays

This is the sequence I have set up on Pabbly Connect:

I found this article on here about using Pabbly hooks to set a rate limit and wondered if i was able to set a rate limit on the delays?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @FrancescoPremier,

I am afraid there is no such rate limit that you can apply to the Delay step.

You can add these three steps to your workflow as a workaround, which will ensure that workflow messages are sent at one-minute intervals from one another. However, this will work for a maximum of 59 workflow triggers. If there are more than 59 executions of the workflow, the 60th message will be sent at the same time as the 1st message.
