How use a get webhook to retrieve information from a Google sheet

I know that I can retrieve specific cell info using google sheets API but I want to search for specific info and receive that through a get webhook is this possible and can you help me with a workflow

If you want to process only specific info from your Google Sheets you can use the filter action step where you can establish a condition that will allow you to process the specific info.
