How works rss feed trigger?

I have a workflow using rss feed trigger,

for example:
https://www.google.com/alerts/feeds/18004412807752926559/10660286270956973887

but, I guess just work with the firs item, not all the items in the rss feed, why? How can I verify that all items in the rss feed are reading?

You can use the API by Pabbly action step after the trigger event to get multiple items from the feed.
