my google sheet is not capturing the responses
Hi @Documentswala,
We have checked your workflow.
It appears that after the HubSpot trigger, you have added a Filter step that checks the lifecycle stage of the contact. Currently, this filter is set to pass only when the lifecycle stage is “Customer”.
However, the data being received so far has the lifecycle stage as “Subscriber”, due to which the filter is failing and the workflow is not proceeding to the Google Sheets step.
What you can do:
- Update the filter condition as per your requirement
- Or remove the filter if it is not needed
Once the filter passes, the data will be sent to Google Sheets correctly.
