since last 2 weeks getting errors on watti : http 401 code
when re-connected now not able to select template

It appears that you might have passed the WATI's credentials incorrectly and because of that, you might not be getting any templates in the action step.
Please make a new connection and try again.

but how and why connection dropped out it was working dine since last 10 months
i think these is an issue of the time we need to connect the app again after 1 year, Anyway made a new connection and it works now thanks
