Can I know how to solve this issue?

It seems like the application that you are using in the workflow was unable to process your request at that very moment and because of that, you get the "The application processed the request but returned a blank response." status code - 500.
Perhaps you might be calling/using the application extensively or the data which you are passing couldn't process by the application itself.
Further, you can re-execute your failed execution after some time.
