Hello all I hope you can help.
I am connected from Sociamonials to Pabbly and then on to create customers in Shopify.
It says "connected" and appears to be working. I have also tested it.
I keep getting these emails and I cant make sense of it

Can someone let me know what this sent for. I realise it is saying something is wrong but I dont know how to find what it is?

Hey @Redsuzie

The 500 error appears when there is a downtime or server issue at that particular moment with that third-party application.

Kindly get in touch with Shopify's support team once as they will be able to provide the exact reason for server downtime.
