Hubspot deal update taking more than 10 minutes to trigger

Hello, I want to know why the HubSpot deal update it's taking more than 10 minutes to trigger or how often it's takes to trigger?

The previous one triggered at 17:51, but the next one did at 18:03 instead of 18:01 ¿is there a way that this can be controlled so it always triggers at that time?

The time actually you are seeing is the execution time which consists of all the steps in the workflow to process.

Since the trigger event is a polling-based trigger event that fetches the new data every 10 mins once Hubspot has any. Furthermore, it's possible that Hubspot has provided the data in 1 min delay also we can see that you are getting extensive data from Hubspot which could also be the possibility for the same.
