Hubspot duplicate entries

Hi there,
I'm using Pabbly Subscription + Pabbly Connect and HubSpot.

And the plan is, to:
  • Create Deal
  • Look for existing Contacts and Companies based on the sold subscription
  • Create them if not existing and linking them all together
So far this is possible to manage.

But, even in a complex or in a simple workflow, Pabbly is creating multiple empty entries in Hubspot.
One complete with all entries and multiple on top.

Including a delay of one minute is not fixing the issue.

Has anyone an idea how to fix this?
Thanks,
Michael

Example of a simplified case. Deal with Product Name as Deal Name + Amount. Result = 3 entries

This is the simple workflow (delay not mandatory, but a guess for the test)

Here the history. Seems to work.

Hey @Michael RBD

It appears that you might have opted for multiple trigger events from your PSB account and because of that, you have got the same response with multiple events.

So, to only process a single event you can use the Filter action step after the trigger event.
