Hubspot to Google Ads Connect keeps loading.

Hi I'm trying to create a workflow to import offline conversions from Hubspot to Google Ads. The first step where it asks for the App, when I select Hubspot, it keeps loading forever and is not taking me to the next step. Can someone please look into this and help?

If you are using Windows, please press CTRL + Shift + R to hard refresh your browser and see if that fixes your issue. If you are using a Mac, press Command + Shift + R to hard refresh the browser.

Also, try using a different browser or device to see if that resolves your issue.

Thank you, Arshil. This was really helpful. Could you also help me with the access level required on hubspot to setup the connection flow? I've tried a number of times and it gives me the same error message that I don't have adequate access for the same.

It seems that there are some permission issues kindly contact your admin regarding the same.

Also, if possible please provide us with your account credentials so we can better look into the issue.

I do understand that there are permission issues. I'm asking to know what exact access level would someone need on Hubspot to get pabbly to work. Access level is a generic aspect, would you be able to help with this?
