I am currently using the $19 plan and want to upgrade to 24000 task plan but if i upgrade my account then should i need to recreate all my Workflows or my existing workflows will continue to work as normal ?

If you upgrade the subscription form that every email address to which the subscription has been made to, all of your workflows and applications connections will still be there.
