I am getting multiple records added to airtable

Hi.
I am running a filtered workflow however it seems to be addiing multiple recordss to airtable on about 8 minute intervals.
it looks like the workflow is "repolling" the office365 account and seeing the email there as new.
Should I be falgging it or something?

We have added a new event called "New mail (Beta)" in the Microsoft Office 365 application.

This event allows you to trigger workflows based on the receipt of new emails. To utilize this feature, we recommend creating a new workflow specifically for this event.

So in this case, I request you to create a new workflow and use the "New mail (Beta)" event.
