I can't access folders on one drive

Hi everyone.
I need to add a new line to an escape file present in an ondrive folder after an Elementor Pro form is submitted from a site.
However, when I connect to OneDrive I cannot navigate through the folders to get to the file I am interested in editing

Apologies for the inconvenience you're facing. Please follow the exact steps below and let us know if this helps in displaying the worksheets and workbooks in the dropdowns:

• Log in to OneDrive.
• Instead of opening the Excel file directly, search for Excel files by entering "xlsx" in the search bar.
• Click on the required .xlsx file to open it.
• Go to Pabbly Connect, reconnect with Excel in the action step, and check if the workbooks appear.
• If the workbooks still don’t appear, try refreshing the fields multiple times.

If the issue persists, please provide us with a recording of the entire process so we can investigate further.

By following this procedure I managed to write a line in the Excel file in OneDrive once the contact form was submitted.
so first of all thank you for your impeccable support.
Having said that, I take this opportunity to ask a question.
Is it possible to do the same thing on an Excel file present in a folder on Google Drive? Let me explain better. I also need to write the same line on an Excel sheet located in a folder on Google Drive. Is it possible?

Regarding your query, it would not be possible to access an Excel file stored in Google Drive, as Excel files need to be stored in a Microsoft-based application such as OneDrive for integration. However, if the file in Google Drive is a Google Sheet, you can access and update it using the Google Sheets application in Pabbly Connect.
