Hello @ICT Resources,

It seems you might be facing an issue with the workflow named CMA USA. To resolve this, please try recapturing another lead by clicking the "Recapture Webhook Response" button and then add a lead by filling out the preview form.

It sounds like you’re encountering an issue where your workflow isn't being triggered by data from Facebook, and the workflow isn't connected to Facebook properly. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Facebook Integration: Ensure that your Facebook account or page is properly connected to the workflow platform you are using (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, etc.). Sometimes, reconnection of the integration can resolve the issue.
  2. Permissions: Make sure that you have granted the necessary permissions to access the data from Facebook (such as pages, ads, or event data).
  3. Trigger Setup: Double-check your trigger conditions. For example, if you’re using Facebook leads or page interactions, ensure that you have set up the right trigger to activate the workflow.
  4. API Limitations: Facebook’s API might have rate limits or changes that could be affecting the connection. Review Facebook’s developer documentation to make sure you’re working within their guidelines.
  5. Test with Sample Data: If possible, try triggering the workflow manually with test data from Facebook to see if the issue persists. This can help isolate whether the issue is with the workflow platform or the connection itself.
  6. Platform-Specific Issues: If you’re using a third-party automation platform, check their status page for any ongoing outages or disruptions that might be affecting Facebook integration.
If everything is set up correctly and the issue persists, you might want to reach out to support for the specific platform you are using, as there could be a technical issue on their end.

Good luck!

Based on your Task History, we can see that your workflow is now triggering, and the leads are being added to your Google Sheets. Could you please specify the exact issue you are encountering? Also, share the Workflow URL where you are experiencing this concern, as this workflow appears to be triggering as intended.
