I Created an Automated whatsapp message workflow but after data was populated in pabbly still the message was not sent, I had to send manually.

I have Created an Automation to send automated whatsapp message after a purchase, but Even after purchase the message was not sent but the data had populated in pabbly but I have to clikc on "Save and Send test" manually and after that the data was was sent. Please assist.

Based on the response from the "WhatsApp by AiSensy: Send Template Message" action, the message appears to have been processed for sending. However, if the recipient has not received the message, it may be due to restrictions on the recipient's WhatsApp account, which may not allow incoming messages from this service.

If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to the AiSensy support team for further assistance, as there do not appear to be any issues at our end.
