I don't get a response from the webhook when I connect with FB instant leads

Hello, I have a problem with the connection of FB instant leads since I do not receive a response through the webhook even though I am testing with the Meta tool for developers. I have tried other forms and I couldn't either.
I did exactly as it appears in all the tutorial videos but I have no results and I also gave myself full permissions but so far I have had no results
Please i need help.

It appears that you might not have captured the Lead response from your Lead ad and because of that it is looking for the webhook response.
I try again and again and it keeps waiting for the response from the webhook.

Please try submitting an actual lead the way your customer would and see if that gives the expected response.
