I need help, after watching some tutorials, and checking everything several times, my whatsapp campaign is not working. And I don't know why.

As we can see from your workflow, the WhatsApp Cloud API action step connection you have created seems to be disrupted, so kindly make a new connection with a permanent phone number then try the "WhatsApp Cloud API: Send Template Message" action step.
