I need shorten 3000 URL´s Automatically-.. HELLPPP!!!!

Hello, I found a tutorial to shorten urls with google sheets and bitly, but it seems to me that it is old

and it does it well at first with the first line, but to do them with the following ones do it manually. So what I want is to place all my URLs in a single column and that the connection is made automatically.

Some tutorial or some image of how to configure it.!!!
