Please note that the Lifetime plan was purchased on Jan 31, 2026. However, the $19/month subscription shown in your account is a separate monthly plan that has been active since 2024 and has continued renewing automatically.
In Pabbly, purchasing a new plan does not automatically cancel any existing subscriptions. Existing plans continue until they are manually cancelled. Currently, this monthly plan is also contributing 12000 tasks to your account limit.
If you no longer wish to continue with the monthly subscription, you can cancel its renewal from your end by following these steps:
- Log in to your account at youraccounts.pabbly.com
- Go to the Subscription section
- Click on the three dots beside the subscription
- Select “Cancel Renewal”

Regarding the refund request, we unfortunately will not be able to process a refund for the previous renewal charges, as no prior cancellation request was received from your end. Additionally, as per our refund policy, the 30-day refund policy applies only to the first purchase and not to recurring renewal charges.
