Based on the response from the Growthens APIs: ElevenLabs API - Make TTS Request action, it appears that your account lacks the necessary permissions to perform this action. Please try making the request using an account with sufficient permissions and check if the response includes the request ID.

Does that mean this feature is not available in the free version of Eleven Labs?

As of now, the Make TTS Request feature in Eleven Labs is typically not available for free accounts. The feature is part of their paid plans.
