I would like to create a contact in Go High Level after a purchase on Square Account

Hi there, Brand new here so please bear with me. I am trying to create a workflow that triggers from a Square Purchase to Create an account in Go High Level Sub Account and add a tag. Once the tag gets added, it will then trigger a Google Review Request Automation Workflow that I have running in GHL.

I picked Invoice Paid ad the trigger and ran the test account with success. The problem is, when I run it live and have the customer purchase a test item for .5 cents and pay cash it does not complete the workflow. I know I am connected, I am just trying to find the proper trigger word to capture the sale and cant figure out which one it is on the dropdown list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Rick Taylor,

Please select 'customer.created' as your webhook event when setting up Square as your trigger step, and see if it helps trigger the workflow upon purchase.

If it doesn't, please get in touch with Square's support to gain a better understanding of which webhook event is suitable for your use case, as they are better equipped to address this query of yours.
