Safari adds a bunch of HTML if you try to use it (into the fields), meaning the app doesn't work with Safari.

Would you be able to share a screenshot of how it appears at your end while using Safari browser?

I had faced that issue due to Grammarly extension , if you're using it then try turning it off.
