Incorrect Workflow history

I have a 2 step workflow. When I look at the workflow history it shows 6 step and a partial fail, even though the workflow seems to have operated correctly. Please advise why the workflow history is doing this.
Please confirm the workflow name is "Mailerlite triggers when Group is updated/joined" so that we can review it.
That is correct.
Thanks for the confirmation. So we checked the Task History ID: IjMyODI1ODE3Ig_3D_3D of the workflow named as "Mailerlite triggers when Group is updated/joined" and it seems there is a partial error in the step for "Kajabi: Revoke Access to an Offer" since the email was not associated with any offer so that the access can be revoked.
