Hello Support Team,
I have integrated ZAK API in the Pabbly. I am facing the error "Response not received in 25 seconds" constantly.
I read the following thread and it mentioned you should add a delay, which is not possible. We depend on the third-party API so we can't do customization like you mentioned. Our Pabbly integration is completely dependent on the third-party API(ZAK API) and we can't add delay in all API calls. Hope you agree with you. It is only 1-2 API endpoints, I can do something but we used many API endpoints.

As I read in the below thread. Could you please increase the API request time to 60 seconds?

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @jitesh_tandel,

Currently, it’s not possible to increase the response time. If you would like it to be increased, please submit your request on our dedicated platform.

Our development team will look into your request and, if possible, implement the changes you are requesting.

Thanks.
Our automation is time-sensitive. We send messages to our customers at specific times. We can hold a maximum of 2 minutes delay, but beyond that, it is not suitable for our customers. I know the pabbly re-executed failed jobs also but it does not make sense it re-executed after 15-20 minutes successfully after failure attempts.
We don't know how to do programming so we can't do customization the way you have suggested on the forum to prevent response time limit issues. The Pabbly is useless If we need to programming. If we need to complete automation using programming language then we don't buy your paid subscription anymore .
Can you extend extend request limit for the API jobs specific to our account?

Someone has already requested this feature almost years ago and it is still not implemented in the core version.
First, check your feature request and then advice please. Check the below threads.

I had a discussion with the technical team, and they informed me that currently it's not possible to increase the timeout limit for the custom API request you are trying to execute.
