Indiamart Leads Duration

Hello Team,
I have created a workflow for India Mart Leads to Google Sheets. Currently, the trigger interval is set to 4 hours, but the data reflection occurs at 5-5:30 hours. Is it possible to reduce the trigger duration to 1 hour?
Our Subscription is not a free one. We have took One Time Premium Subscription.
