Infinity app error issue

Getting this message from our task history and can not work out why?

Try leaving the dropdown field empty if you are not selecting anything the dropdown type fields in the "Infinity: Create Lead in CRM Sales - Leads folder: Create Item"

Though we have corrected it and it should work now.
