Influencersoft not getting full actions and fields?

Hi,

I realised the actions for Influencersoft only contains one action. On top of that, the custom fields and other information are not grabbed from influencersoft. In comparison to Zapier, where there are about 8 actions, and they will also display all fields (including custom fields) for mapping purposes.
Please help. Influencersoft mentioned that they are able to help troubleshoot if there’re any issues at your end.
