Instagram Lead Ads

Hello,
I'am tryng to connect lead ads instagram but seems there are problems; not get data from instagram. I give also CRM access from Meta Buniss Manager but not change. I try also to reconnect without success. Please help

Please log in to your Instagram and Pabbly Connect accounts in an Incognito Tab, establish a new connection with your Instagram account, make a Lead Form submission the way your customers would, and then click on 'Save & Send Test Request'.

Ensure that you have granted all the necessary permissions to Pabbly Connect for capturing leads from your page.

Based on your Workflow and Task History, it seems like the responses are being captured now.

No, this is dummy data. The real data not appear..

Please make a screen short recording submitting a real lead on Instagram, just as your customers would, and show that it is not being captured in your Task History.

I assure that the lead not works, you can check into my account. Do you offer real assistance?

Can you please capture the webhook response once with a real lead from your Instagram Lead Ad form and then try again?

Also record a short video, so that we can look into it and guide you on the issue accordingly.

In attachment:
- ADV with LEAD "LEAD-ADS converted"
- Pabbly flow wirh "LEAD-ADSconverted" form selected
- Not receive data but we are full of leads in instagram

Please create a separate workflow and try using 'Instagram Lead Ads: New Lead (Instant)' trigger event to capture the real leads.

I've try also this many times, not works!
