Hi,

Does anyone have an example of a workflow that takes positive replies from Instantly and moves the contact into Close CRM?

Hi @growit,

You can set up your workflow in this manner to create a contact in Close when you receive a reply on Instantly. However, there is no tool that could differentiate whether the reply is positive or negative
