Integrating shopify store to GupShup

Hi Team,

I am trying to send Whatsapp notifications to my users who has abandon checkout from my shopify store. For this I am trying to integrate Shopify to our GupShup enterprise account.

However, as soon as I select the trigger - New Abandon Cart Checkouts in pabbly the webhook URL disappear. I have connected my shopify store account but not able to understand how the data will be coming from shopify to pabbly which will then flow to GupShup to send text message to end user.

Need help to understand Is there anything I am doing wrong here? Or Am I missing something?

Shopify's trigger event is a polling-based webhook trigger, so it will take up to 10 mins to get the data from Shopify's API server.

Though as we can see from your workflow's task history Id, the workflow is working properly.

I just started getting data in the pabbly but when i sent message via gupshup it gives me error - The method "SENDMESSAGE" is not supported.

Is anybody aware why this error is coming?
