Integration not working: Only get a HTTP Status Code 500

I'm trying to connect FB Lead Ads (Instant Forms) with Kajabi (to grant a new offer) and everything worked great to set up and to authorize both accounts.

But at the end I get a message saying:

HTTP Status Code 500 "The application processed the request but returned a blank response. Refer to the HTTP status code above for details."

Anyone know what this means or what I should do? Extremely frustrating as I've tried it from several different browsers with different workflows, but still get the same error message.
