I am working on an automation system where WhatsApp is used to send invoices to customers. The goal is to automatically send an invoice containing a unique token ID upon receiving a payment through Razorpay. So far, I've built a WhatsApp chatbot using Pabbly and WATI. Now, I want to integrate Razorpay invoices into the chatbot so that the invoice, along with the unique token ID, is sent to the customer. How can I achieve this integration?

Hi @Kafiltafish,

Please watch the video shared below to understand how to set up Razorpay as your trigger application to capture paid invoices and send them to your customers on WhatsApp. You can replace the Interakt application shown in the video with WATI.

My business model revolves around a WhatsApp chatbot that interacts with users and eventually prompts them for payment. Based on a demonstrated video, I need to generate an invoice for each user, which isn't feasible to handle manually. I aim to automate the entire process, ensuring that after payment is received, a unique token is automatically sent to the user

Could you please make a short screen recording and elaborate a bit more on your exact use case? This will allow us to assess its feasibility.
