Is it possible to download a list of failed leads?

I have some leads that fails, and I would therefore like to download a file of of these failed leads in order to add them manually.
Is that possible and how?

It is not possible to download a file of failed leads as the system doesn't store failed leads separately. However, you can manually extract the failed leads from the system and add them to your list.
