Is there a way to get a WordPress author's email from a Post Creation or Post Publication action?

I'm trying to set up an automation whereby when a user creates a post in WordPress, I'm able to grab their email address.

I've managed to get the Post ID and the Post Author ID but can't work out how to then get their email address from it.

Is it possible? If so, how?
