Is there a webhook for POST

I can see a webhook option from the source app . but I can not see an outgoing webhook. I am trying to connect to Click Funnels to create a new user when someone signs up in a different app. But I cant see anyway to create a connection. I am probably overlooking the obvious .. but stuck. Thank you
