Is there any way to forward webhook?

Hello,

I have an app that lets me add only 1 webhook. Now I'd like to connect with that app using another app on PC as well but I cannot add the second webhook.
Is there any way to forward one PC webhook to 2 different apps? So I only need to add one there.
