I contacted before but nothing was resolved. Now the flows have the same error.

Currently IG's Media ID status is still faulty and I don't have much time to fix and check errors.

Our team has introduced a new action for Instagram for Business: Publish Photo, and has deprecated the previous one. Please try using the new action and let us know how it goes. Note above this action, you wouldn't need to add any additional delay.
