Issue Connecting to Heights Platform

Hi there, I'm having an issue getting a full connection to Heights Platform. I can add in my API key and subdomain and Pabbly reports 'Connected'. If I try to use the connection in a workflow, however, nothing works. I can see that I have data and the correct mappings but no student is created by the 'Enrol Student' action and if I use the 'Assign Role' action no roles are returned in the drop down. I'm currently using a free account as I want to make sure this works before committing to a subscription.

Looks like you have not entered the credentials in the correct format. Please enter the credentials in the correct format as suggested in the help text.

Please put the Subdomain carefully.

Your subdomain is the name you would access your program (https://subdomain.heightsplatform.com) at if you were not using a custom domain. If your program is located at "course.heightsplatform.com" then your subdomain would be "course".

Thanks very much for the reply - I guess the lesson here is to look more carefully at the documentation :)! The action now works as expected
