Issue in usine Append in Google Sheets

I have a google sheet whose 1st row has some formulas like =now() using which the sheet colums are made. My sheet has let say 10 rows already filled.

I am using a pabbly connect append to google sheets actions. but when i am using it the 1st time the 1st row is getting modified and 2nd time the data is getting appended at 11th row.

Am I doing anything wrong?

If you do not want to pass any value on the 1st column of the row, you simply leave the first-row value in double quotes as it is.

I understood that by writing "","abc" data gets appended in 2nd column but I want data to be filled in row 8 where row 1 has formulas line '=now()' ,""

rows 2 to row 7 has data

1st append is rewritting the formulas and next append is speending data from row 8. Can you help me understand why is that happening?
