Issue with text parser erroring out randomly

So text parser isn't working with multiple text variables recieved from a api webhook. Can anyone help?

As we can observe from the attachment text box, there are certain peculiar characters coming from your triggering application. The term "electronic commerce" refers to the sale of electronic goods.
Please refrain from using such characters.
Thanks for identifying this. I will check it out and let you know. Ok this was stripped from text I need to parse from a pdf file. So it is what it is. I can certainly work through this but wish the text parser wouldn't error out from special charactors that come reasonably from an outside process.
I was able to figure out a work around for the crashing. Your input helps. Again would be nice to see a little bit more stability in this process on pabblys side. I would add this in as a bug to fix.
