Issue with the trigger Response

Application Name = Fluent CRM and Begin CRM

Work Flow Name = 15Jan2022 - Fluent CRM To ZOHO BIGIN CRM

Goal = Trigger Data From Fluent CRM along with its tags which are assigned for that data.

We have created a workflow in Pabbly connection that is... The data which is in the fluent CRM as to automated to Begin CRM with Pabbly help. The problem is the fluent CRM trigger is not getting a response along with the tags which are assigned for that data in fluent CRM. So how to get that tag in the response.

The webhook response, which the trigger is directly coming from the Fluent CRM API as the trigger is a descriptive webhook type trigger.

The webhook only captures the response data which was sent by the application itself and it is something that we cannot manipulate. If your tags are not arriving so there is a good chance that it is not being sent to Pabbly Connect's webhook URL In cases like these, you will have to contact the Fluent CRM team to see why your tags or any related data is being sent double from Fluent CRM.

To double-check, you can also confirm it through a webbooks testing site by the name of webhook.site.

You can copy the webhook URL provided by Webhook.site inside Fluent CRM and do the test event inside Fluent CRM to see if the webhook is being captured twice or not inside Webhook.site. This will double confirm the issue.
