Issue with Workflow Triggering Updates in Interakt from Google Sheets

I am experiencing an issue with my workflow, which is set to run whenever a Google Sheets row is added or updated. The workflow is supposed to trigger updates in Interakt. However, it has never triggered on its own, even when updates are made to the last column (Column I) of the sheet. Despite these updates and switching the workflow to "Send on Event," nothing triggers. The only way to initiate the workflow is through a manual trigger using "Send Custom Data.

Hello @Syed Ekennis,

Please confirm if you are adding the data in Google Sheets manually orif it has been done with a third-party automation.If the data added to your Google Sheets comes from another API or third-party application, you also need to enable 'Auto Send on Schedule'.

Note: If your data is being added from an external source/API, your workflow will take up to 1 hour to get triggered.
