Issues with flowlu

I have try to set up 2 workflows to send leads to flowlu one with tawk.to and other from Contact form 7 forms and in both cases when I get the following error when filling the data to send to flowlu. I attach an image.
It says error validation and then details name cannot be empty but I fill everything that I need about the lead according to me. Why is that?

Please ensure that you enter the Start Date in the same format as given in the help text.
You can use a Date/Time Formatter to change the format of the Start Date.
