Jira Software name fields

Can you add these fields like Zapier: First name, Last name, Phone, and Email?
Thay are missing in Pabbly.

Yes when a webhook or Calendly are zapped into Jira, Jira does not allow crucial fields such as : First name, Last Name, Phone and Email like all the other apps on Pabbly seem to have and on Zapier.
Please tell us which action step of Jira Software you want the fields.

Yes. You "Create Issue" and then the fields appear and they do not have the option to add or have: First name, Last name. Phone, Email. I have attached screenshots for this. Thank you

It's not custom fields just basic ones like all your other apps. First name, Last name, Phone and email should be essential for this

We have investigated your concern with our team, and currently, it is not possible to add the field you are inquiring about in the Jira Software: Create Issue endpoint. The API does not provide the required field. Please refer to the Jira API documentation for more information.
