JSON error trying to post to Wordpress. already transformed text

I'm trying to automatically create a process that creates wordpress posts out of google sheets rows. I'm running the original google sheets data through the text formatter to remove double quotes and change them to 2 singles. but still get this error:

Message: Invalid JSON body passed.
Data Status: 400
Data Json Error Code: 3
Data Json Error Message: Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded

The Tag Id where you have mapped it does not appear to be being passed in place of the Tag field.

Please try again after passing the Tag ID.

can you explain this further? sorry if i'm being dense

Please switch on the Map and then pass the tags ID in the fields. You are passing tag names, kindly pass the tag id, it should be in numbers format.

Please read the instructions carefully before passing the tags id.
