kajabi new purchase trigger is not working

hey i have created the mention workflow. when some one buy something from kajabi a print job will be created in the lulu.
after that on some one buy a offer from kajabi. but the new purchase trigger didnt work.

Kindly check it through a webhook testing site called webhook.site.
You can copy the webhook URL provided by Webhook.site inside your application and do the test event inside the application to see if the webhook is being worked inside Webhook.site. This will double-confirm the issue.
