Kartra Lead - UUKI automation problem

I have set up an integration with an UUKI community that's embedded in a Kartra membership, using a tag. . I followed the youtube tutorial, and everything appeared to work smoothly and my connection test was successful, but my user was not added to the UUKI community. Any ideas why not?
Did you check the workflow history where you can check the workflow executions? Please confirm.
